One Bharat Card Policy
Terms and Conditions
Last updated: July 23, 2026. These terms apply when you create, publish, manage or share a digital business card on One Bharat Card.
1. Acceptance
By creating or managing a digital business card, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you are creating a card for a business, employee, client or third party, you confirm that you are authorised to submit and publish their information.
2. Information You Submit
You may submit profile details such as name, designation, company name, phone number, WhatsApp number, email, website, address, social links, profile photo, cover photo, gallery images and other business information. You are responsible for ensuring that this information is accurate, lawful and not misleading.
3. Permission to Use Submitted Data
You grant One Bharat Card permission to store, process, host, display, reproduce and share the information and media you submit for the purpose of creating, publishing, operating, improving and supporting your digital business card and related services.
- Your public card details may be visible to anyone with your card link or QR code.
- Your submitted business content may be used in previews, dashboards, support workflows, analytics, backups and service communications.
- Public business-card content may be used to demonstrate or promote One Bharat Card services unless you request removal.
- Login passwords are stored securely by the application and are not shown on public cards.
4. Uploaded Photos and Gallery
You confirm that you own or have permission to use every photo, logo, cover image, gallery image and media file you upload. Do not upload copyrighted, offensive, unlawful or misleading content. One Bharat Card may remove content that appears unsafe, unauthorised or unsuitable for the platform.
5. Public Sharing
Digital cards are designed for public sharing. When your card is active, visitors may view your profile, contact information, uploaded media, QR code and business links. You should not publish sensitive personal, financial, government identity or confidential information on your public card.
6. Account and Admin Access
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe. Admin access is restricted and may be changed or removed if misuse, unauthorised access or suspicious activity is detected.
7. Contact, Support and Service Updates
One Bharat Card may contact you using the submitted phone, WhatsApp or email details for account support, service updates, onboarding, billing, enquiries, security notices and related business communication.
8. Changes, Removal and Requests
You can update your card details from your dashboard. For removal, correction or content-related requests, contact support through the website contact form. We may retain limited records where required for security, backup, dispute resolution or legal compliance.
9. Service Availability
We aim to keep the service available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features, templates, pricing, dashboard modules and policies may be updated as the platform improves.
